 Q: Are your products safe? What special practices do your use in order to maintain the integrity of your baskets during COVID?

 

A: Safety first isn’t just the name of one of my many baskets, safety first is one my core values and guiding principles in business. Maybe it has to do with my 20+ years as a nurse... but health and safety and caring for other’s is simply what I do! I often receive questions related to my basket contents and as you know ne of the main themes here at Just Chill is n our baskets “you simply never know what you are gonna get”, yet, you always know it will be something good.

However, although the content of course is an important aspect of our basket designing practices at Just Chill, so to is how we choose to package and present out baskets to our customers. As lead Happiness Ambassador and chief designer, I pride myself on crafting and creating baskets that hold your health and safety at the top of my priorities. So why trust my product? Because you will always get

Safety first in the following ways:💝

•      All Just Chill baskets (premade basket themes or custom themed baskets) are shelf stable and contain items that are non-perishable or have an extended shelf life via their product packaging. If we , through our quality final inspection, find that an item is outdated, expired or defective in any way it is promptly removed and discarded.

•      Because we care about your health and safety all items in out baskets are prepackaged. Although homemade items and treats are nice, they are not always as safe as we would expect. So, again, because we care about you, or customers, we utilize items that are prepackaged for your safety.

•      All of our baskets contents and outside wrapping are wiped down and disinfected with an EPA approved disinfectant prior to and after packaging for sale. Once the basket is sealed and sold it is never returned and we do not resell our items if the package is in anyway damaged or disrupted.

•      A special note about our Care with our Just Chill Custom-Made Baskets: If you order a custom designed basket special care is given to ensure we DO NOT include in your basket items you have listed as unacceptable. Although we cannot always speak to prepackaged items ingredients, care is made to not include items you have listed as causing an adverse allergic reaction*.
